A/C, DirecTV. Conveniently located within 500 yds of a brand new boat ramp with floating dock. Quiet, secluded and off of the beaten path. Come and relax in the solitude
away from the crowds, but close enough to access the local culture, shopping, water sports, and other recreational activities.
Rental available weekly -Rental #1 - 6 nights from Saturdays at noon to Fridays with noon checkout.
$850 for the week. Extra nights at $150 if/when available. 4 night minimum stay available if dates possible at $175 per night.
Rental fee along with $300 security deposit paid in advance; security deposit will be refunded promptly within 2
weeks of day of departure if house left intact, clean, and in order. Advance payment secures and reserves dates of rental.
